2025's Most Creative Fantasy Rom-Com Finds New Life on Apple TV

Eternity, an Apple TV film starring Elizabeth Olsen and Miles Teller with Callum Turner, is set in an afterlife where souls have one week to decide how they want to spend eternity. Olsen’s character Joan must choose between the man she spent her life with and her first love, who died young.

The film premiered in select theaters last November before arriving on streaming earlier this month. It grossed $34 million at the box office against a $12 million budget and has earned a 76% critics score and a 90% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes. The film is currently the #1 title on Apple TV’s streaming charts, taking the top spot from Brad Pitt’s F1.

Other popular offerings on Apple TV include The Gorge, which also stars Miles Teller alongside Anya Taylor-Joy and first premiered last February but remains in the platform’s top five. Mark Wahlberg’s originals The Family Plan and The Family Plan 2 are among the top 10, with the latter recruiting Kit Harington.
