The 2026 Grammy Awards mixed high-energy performances, awards and a handful of memorable flubs — with Trevor Noah keeping the jokes going while superstars from Sabrina Carpenter to Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber took the stage and Cher delivered one of the night’s most talked-about bloopers.

Standout performances included Rosé and Bruno Mars’ revved-up take on "APT.", Kendrick Lamar sporting what the piece called "slutty little glasses," and Sabrina Carpenter performing "Manchild" on an interactive airport conveyor-belt set. Lady Gaga returned with a theatrical rendition of "Abracadabra" — described by one editor as performed under a "Pier 1 (RIP) lampshade" — and Justin Bieber offered a shirtless, stripped-down "Yukon" that the broadcast camera repeatedly captured from awkward angles.

On the awards side, all eight Best New Artist nominees had moments to shine, and Olivia Dean ultimately walked home with the trophy. Jelly Roll celebrated three Grammy wins and candidly described his emotional reaction, and Tyler, the Creator delivered a multi-era, humorous performance.

The night also included technical issues: Alex Warren experienced an earpiece problem that left him briefly out of sync, and CBS censors were criticized for silencing stretches of "Manchild" and missing an F-bomb in Lola Young’s acceptance speech. Bad Bunny’s speech drew one of the loudest standing ovations of the evening; he said, "Before I say thanks to God, I'm gonna say ICE out.
