A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, 28 Years Later and The Pitt feature prominent male nudity
Published Jan. 30, 2026: Three high-profile projects in January — A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms (episode 2), 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple, and The Pitt season 2 — all include prominent full-frontal male nudity, Polygon reports. In A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms episode 2, “Hard Salt Beef,” a flashback shows Ser Arlan Pennytree (Danny Webb) exposing a 10-inch penis created with “a very realistic prosthetic.” Showrunner Ira Parker told Entertainment Weekly he wanted to give Pennytree “one special thing” to make up for his sad story, and the prosthetic is presented as part of the character’s grit and presence.
28 Years Later: The Bone Temple brings back the “monstrously hung zombie” Samson (Chi Lewis-Parry), who appears nude while under the influence of morphine darts administered by Dr. Ian Kelson (Ralph Fiennes). The film frames Kelson’s relationship with Samson as part researcher, part caregiver, and depicts the character regaining memories and the impulse to cover himself as he becomes more human.
The Pitt season 2 continues the show’s real-time emergency-room format, and episode 2 centers on a man (Christopher T. Wood) who overdoses on erectile-dysfunction medication and requires surgery. The episode shows a fully erect penis being punctured and drained during treatment, and actor Sepideh Moafi told Variety she still has nightmares about the sequence.
