Alaia Baldwin Aronow charged after Georgia club incident, faces up to one year
Pagesix reports Alaia Baldwin Aronow, 33, has been charged with four misdemeanors and faces up to one year in jail on a battery charge after an incident at Club Elan in Georgia on Feb. 24, 2024.
Georgia prosecutors brought counts of simple battery, simple assault, battery and criminal trespass, and say Aronow threw a tampon at a bartender, pulled hair from another person’s scalp and struck a victim in the genitals, according to documents obtained by Us Weekly and the police report. The report says security footage shows Aronow forcing her way into a locked employee bathroom, that bartender Haleigh Cauley told authorities Aronow removed a tampon and threw it, and that Aronow fought and resisted while being escorted from the club.
The police report notes Aronow initially denied some actions but later said she did throw the tampon and told authorities she was "defending herself." Her arraignment is scheduled for April 23, and a representative did not immediately respond to a request for comment; if convicted on the battery charge she faces up to one year in jail.
