No two stars dominate Prime Video quite like Alan Ritchson and Jason Statham, though they usually occupy different corners of the service. Ritchson broke out with Reacher—its third season drew 54.6 million views in 19 days—while Statham has been a steady presence on the platform with a string of films, including A Working Man.

Ritchson crossed back into movies last year with Playdate, a Kevin James team-up released in November. The buddy action comedy pairs James as recently unemployed accountant Brian with Ritchson as Jeff, a charming, hyper-athletic stay-at-home dad; a routine playdate turns into a fight for survival when mercenaries target Jeff and his son.

Critics were unkind—the film holds a 23% Rotten Tomatoes score—but audiences kept watching. Nearly three months later, Playdate climbed back onto Prime Video’s U.S. streaming chart at seventh place, nudging Jason Statham’s Meg 2: The Trench down to eighth. Meg 2 has been a regular on the charts since it arrived on the service on January 1.
