People reports that on Jan. 23, 2026 Ali Fedotowsky-Manno said a follow-up ultrasound found "a spot that we need to watch" on the remaining half of her husband Kevin Manno’s thyroid.

The couple revealed Kevin was diagnosed with papillary thyroid cancer in January 2025 after a 2024 full-body Prenuvo scan detected two spots on his thyroid despite "perfect" blood work and no symptoms. An ultrasound later showed growth, a biopsy confirmed cancer, and he underwent surgery in February to remove half of his thyroid; two weeks after surgery the pathology report came back negative and they announced he was "officially" cancer-free.

In her Jan. 23 Instagram Stories, Ali called the new finding "definitely unsettling," noting that "a spot that we needed to watch" is how they found his thyroid cancer the first time. She said the recent ultrasound found a spot to monitor, and she did not specify any further steps.

The couple married in March 2017 and share two children, daughter Molly, 9, and son Riley, 7.
