Amazon Echo Dot Max $80 sale includes Alexa+ Early Access

Kotaku reports the Amazon Echo Dot Max is an extremely compact Alexa speaker that lets you better manage your smart home and enhances room audio capabilities compared to past Echo Dot speakers. Its larger, rounded design is covered in 3D-knit fabric and produces room-filling sound.

Inside, the AZ3 chip supports Alexa+, and a built-in smart home hub lets the speaker serve as a central point for both audio playback and smart home control. The Echo Dot Max delivers room-focused sound thanks to an auto-tune feature, with emphasized low frequencies, clean highs, and very clear vocals.

You can connect an unlimited number of compatible Echo products to play the same audio simultaneously, expand the overall stereo experience, or create a compact home theater by pairing a second Echo Dot Max or connecting with Fire TV products. The speaker also lets you connect directly to many smart home devices without a central hub, group devices, and create routines based on schedules and triggers.
