Amelia Gray, the 24-year-old model, publicly pushed back after content creator and cosmetics injector Molly Bailey shared an Instagram carousel alleging Gray had multiple cosmetic procedures. Bailey posted side-by-side photos and wrote, "In case you missed it Amelia Gray Hamlin is starring in a show [Ryan Murphy's The Beauty] about unrealistic beauty standards and she insists she has never had filler," and in comments listed cheek filler, lip filler, buccal fat removal, rhinoplasty, jawline filler, "full-face tox" and more as procedures she believed Gray had done.

Gray replied to the speculation in the post’s comments, first writing "AND." When Bailey wrote back, Gray responded, "Well sis you out here writing fake news about women don’t do thattttttt women need to support women don’t b weirdddddd." In a separate comment she added, "You guys are so annoying I literally told you what I put in my lips … it’s called SkinVive lmaoooo." SkinVive is an injectable by Juvéderm that uses hyaluronic acid to improve cheek smoothness, and the brand says results can last up to six months, according to the post.

In a Jan. 24 interview with Variety, Gray spoke openly about past procedures: she said she had a medically necessary breast reduction at 16 after a nipple-ring infection led to sepsis, later underwent breast augmentation that went wrong and required a reconstructive emergency surgery she described as lasting 14 hours.
