Animal Crossing amiibo cards restocked at Nintendo UK

Nintendo UK has restocked Animal Crossing amiibo card packs, including Series 1, 2, 3 and 5, as well as the Sanrio packs. These are the previously released packs (the packaging still references older systems) and are listed at £3.49 each, with the Sanrio packs priced at £4.99.

The availability from Nintendo comes amid a market of fake cards and inflated sealed packs at retailers such as Amazon, so buying directly from the official store offers the authentic packs at the listed prices.

The cards work with New Horizons, though some characters cannot be invited to the campsite when used and will show a 'can't be invited to the campsite' warning; Sanrio cards unlock themed items rather than inviting Hello Kitty and friends to the island.

The restock is currently only at Nintendo UK, and some series, including Series 5 and the Sanrio packs, are on back order so delivery may be slower than normal.
