Anker Solix C1000 portable power station on sale with 46% Amazon discount
ZDNET reports the Anker Solix C1000 portable power station is on sale at Amazon as a limited-time flash deal, with the outlet noting the discount is about 46% and saves nearly $400 — a sale ZDNET highlighted amid winter storms that can cause prolonged or intermittent power outages.
The Solix C1000 offers a peak output of 3,000W and a running output of 2,000W, and can charge up to 10 devices via integrated USB, USB-C and 120V outlets. ZDNET says it includes a 10ms power switchover for instant power delivery to essential medical equipment and a compact design with built-in handles for portability.
ZDNET adds the unit can be charged from a wall outlet in as little as 49 minutes, outfitted with solar panels for roughly two-hour charging or continuous power, or charged via a 12V vehicle input; it can also be connected to a traditional gas generator. The outlet says the C1000 carries a 10-year power cycle guarantee and can retain at least 80% of its charge after sitting in storage for months.
ZDNET gave the Amazon deal a 5/5 Editor's rating but cautioned the flash deal is limited and will end once the discounted units are sold out; the outlet also noted deals are subject to sell out or expire at any time.
