Goal reports that Antoine Semenyo appears destined to leave Bournemouth for Manchester City in a £65 million deal, but Jamie Redknapp has predicted a 'twist' that could still see the Ghana international end up at Liverpool. Bournemouth are resigned to losing Semenyo after exit clauses were triggered, and he signed off with a 95th‑minute winner in a 3-2 victory over Tottenham that helped put Andoni Iraola’s side 12 points clear of the relegation zone.

Iraola told Sky Sports: 'It looks like it, yes. Obviously, you have to do the medical and formalities but, I'm afraid to say because I don't want to lose him. I think it's going to be his last moments with us. He's a top professional. We're not [just] losing an incredible player but one of the best I've coached, he's ready for anything.' Manchester City have been leading the chase since before Christmas but have yet to get a deal over the line; Guardiola told reporters: 'I don't know.

I don't know what is going to happen in the transfer window.' The club's existing attacking options mentioned in the report include Erling Haaland, Omar Marmoush, Jeremy Doku, Savinho and Oscar Bobb.
