Arc Raiders Bird City event — when it runs and where to find valuable rubber ducks

Arc Raiders' Headwinds update introduced the Bird City map modifier for the Buried City: an avian-themed, minor modifier that appears multiple times per day and lasts one hour each time. Bird City is active every eight hours for a single hour. The schedule is: Pacific 12-1 am, 8-9 am, and 4-5 pm PST; Eastern 3-4 am, 11-12 pm, and 7-8 pm EST; UK 8-9 am, 4-5 pm, and 12-1 am GMT; Europe 9-10 am, 5-6 pm, and 1-2 am CET; Australia 7-8 pm, 3-4 am, and 11-12 pm AEDT; New Zealand 9-10 pm, 5-7 am, and 1-2 pm NZDT.

It’s a minor map modifier similar to Lush Blooms, meaning Bird City simply replaces standard matchmaking on the Buried City map rather than appearing as a separate node like Night Raid. As the in-game description states, Bird City increases the odds of finding trinkets and adds more ziplines and birds (soundtraps) around the map.

All chimneys gain lootable bird nests with greatly increased chances for trinkets, so climbing roofs and searching chimneys is the main way to farm rewards. The best chimney-dense spots are Town Hall, Santa Maria Houses, Piazza Arbusto, and Plaza Rosa. Bird City also adds seven unique rubber duck trinkets with the following coin values: Rubber Duck 1,000; Alien Duck 1,000; Gentle Duck 1,000; Tropical Duck 1,000; Flashy Duck 3,000; Doodly Duck 3,000; Familiar Duck 7,000.
