Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval settle legal dispute over shared home
Pagesix reports that Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval have reached an agreement to resolve their dispute over the sale of their shared Los Angeles home, after Madix filed a notice of settlement of the entire case in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday. The filing says the case will be dismissed on a "conditional" basis.
Both sides are due to appear for a final status conference on Feb. 5 and, according to the filing, the case will go to trial on Feb. 17 if Sandoval does not uphold his end of the agreement. Madix sued Sandoval in January 2024 seeking the "equitable allocation of the proceeds of sale" of the Valley Village property the pair bought in February 2019 for $2 million.
The pair, who are "Vanderpump Rules" alums, broke up in March 2023 after it was revealed Sandoval had an affair with then-co-star Rachel "Raquel" Leviss. They continued to live together for two months, with Madix moving out in May 2023; the following May she purchased a home in Hollywood Hills for $1.6 million.
