Ashley Tisdale sold Studio City home to Haylie Duff in 2016

People reports that Ashley Tisdale sold her Studio City, Los Angeles, home to Haylie Duff in 2016 for $2.7 million.

Per Realtor, the five-bedroom, six-bath Cape Cod–style house includes a home theater and a pool. Property records indicate Tisdale bought the home for $2.5 million a year before selling it to Haylie; the house was later listed and sold again in 2019 for $3.1 million, according to the Los Angeles Times.

The sale resurfaced after Tisdale detailed leaving a so-called “toxic mom group” in an essay for The Cut. She wrote that she initially “found my village” but later “was starting to feel frozen out of the group,” and that she decided to leave because “this is too high school for me and I don't want to take part in it anymore.” Fans speculated the group included Mandy Moore, Meghan Trainor and Hilary Duff; a source close to the mom group said there was “a misalignment of values” and that “friends naturally drift apart.”
