Ashley Tisdale posts spa snaps after exposing 'toxic' mom group
Pagesix reports that Ashley Tisdale enjoyed a self-care day on Instagram Stories more than a week after she stirred drama by exposing her 'toxic' mom friend group.
She shared images including four singing bowls and sunlight through linen curtains, captioning one Story 'Just a little massage and facial day.' The 'Suite Life of Zack & Cody' alum, 40, also posted a sunlit selfie thanking @sarachase. The posts follow an essay Tisdale wrote for The Cut in which she said she felt excluded, writing, 'I realized that there were group text chains that didn’t include everyone, which led to cliques forming within the larger group,' and that she had to ask herself, 'Why am I still showing up for this?' She named a mom group that included Hilary Duff, Mandy Moore, Meghan Trainor and more.
Several members and partners have responded: Duff’s husband Matthew Koma called Tisdale the 'most self-obsessed tone deaf person on earth,' designer Samii Ryan seemingly reposted a video featuring Megan Thee Stallion’s song with the caption '2026 mood,' and Moore said she has 'had to sort of mourn in a way' how some friendships have 'changed.' Tisdale’s self-care posts came amid those responses; further developments were not detailed.
