Baran Süzer buys 52% stake in Moxy Miami Wynwood for $99 million
Pagesix reports that Istanbul’s Süzer Group, led by vice chairman Baran Süzer, has acquired a 52% controlling stake in the Moxy Miami Wynwood hotel for $99 million at 255 Northwest 25th Street in Wynwood, Miami.
The eight-story, 120-room boutique property features dining and nightlife concepts operated with leading hospitality partners. The rooftop has been leased to CC Social Club, which opened during Art Basel and hosted cultural events including the Flaunt Magazine party with Diplo. On-site operators also include Brooklyn Chop House, which opened just ahead of Art Basel and blends steakhouse and Asian influences as the brand’s Miami location following New York and Abu Dhabi, and Sparrow Italia, a modern Italian restaurant managed by Noble 33.
Süzer, who also owns the Ritz-Carlton Istanbul and Kentbank Croatia, is bringing a high-end hospitality network and luxury-driven sensibility to Moxy Wynwood. Both Ritz-Carlton and Moxy are part of Marriott’s global brand portfolio, underscoring Süzer Group’s continued alignment with the hospitality leader as it expands its U.S. footprint.
