Best Buy sells PS5 Digital Fortnite bundle for $399, lowest price since Black Friday

Best Buy is selling the PlayStation 5 Digital Edition Fortnite Flowering Chaos bundle for $399 — $100 off — the lowest price ZDNET has seen outside of a Black Friday sale, the report says. The PS5 Digital Edition in this bundle features an 825GB storage drive, the review notes, and the console’s slimmer design is positioned as a practical choice for those short on space.

ZDNET says it is fairly simple to add your own SSD later to expand storage. The bundle includes a download voucher for exclusive Flowering Chaos cosmetic items for Fortnite and ships with Astro's Playroom preloaded. ZDNET also points out the Digital Edition is backwards compatible with over 4,000 PS4 titles, so users can transfer libraries and save data from a PS4.

ZDNET gave the deal a 4/5 Editor's rating, calling a $100 discount on a brand-new PS5 Digital a decent deal and saying it’s uncommon to see markdowns on consoles and bundles outside the holiday season. The review adds you’ll probably have to wait until November to see a similar offer, according to ZDNET.
