Pagesix reports that Bethenny Frankel, 55, stepped out in a blue lace-up bustier and loose white drawstring pants alongside a mystery man in Miami on Monday.

Frankel covered up with a wide-brim hat and sunglasses as the pair appeared headed to the beach; the man wore a polo, blue printed shorts, brown flip-flops and sunglasses and at one point carried her bag. Last week she revealed she was diagnosed with stage 2 chronic kidney disease after her kidney function was coming up low in blood tests. She said the condition could be the result of a "traumatic experience [she] had years ago when [she] almost died from an allergy attack," or an autoimmune disease, and that other infections such as past UTIs may have contributed. She said a doctor advised her to drink 1.5 gallons of water a day and to avoid pain medications like ibuprofen and Advil and supplements such as turmeric.

She was last linked to businessman Tom Villante, with the pair last seen kissing on a Miami beach in December 2024. Last month Frankel cried while discussing her contentious divorce from her second husband, Jason Hoppy, on "Call Your Daddy," saying, "It was so traumatic. It was 10 years of my life." Frankel and Hoppy share a 15-year-old daughter, Bryn; they married in March 2010, announced their separation in December 2012 and finalized their divorce in January 2021. The identity of the Miami companion has not been disclosed.
