Bloodlines 2 Valentine's patch adds customisation and lootable blood bags — Pcgamer

Vampire: The Masquerade—Bloodlines 2 continues to receive updates from developer The Chinese Room as its publisher maintains support for the sequel. Following a December holiday-themed patch, the studio has released a Valentine’s update that focuses on gameplay and cosmetic additions.

The headline change is enemy loot: rooftop vampires and ghouls can now carry restorative elixirs and newly introduced blood bags. Those items can be pickpocketed from unwitting foes or scavenged from corpses after combat. Character customisation has also been expanded.

The patch adds facial hair for Phyre, seven accessories including a beret and an eyepatch, eight extra make-up options, seven more hairstyles and four additional eye colours, bringing the total to 151 items and 24 outfits. Two paid DLCs are scheduled for later in 2026, the first allowing play as Benny, the vampire sheriff encountered early in the game, and the second centring on Ysabella, the Toreador nightclub owner.
