Brad Pitt's Tarantino Sequel 'Cliff Booth' Unveils First Trailer

Brad Pitt and director David Fincher reunite to resurrect Cliff Booth in the first trailer for their quasi-sequel to Quentin Tarantino's Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. Unfolding roughly eight years after that film, The Adventures of Cliff Booth does not yet have an official release date.

Netflix will roll it out across theaters before bringing it to its streaming library. The 60-second teaser, which premiered during Super Bowl LX, opens with Elizabeth Debicki asking Cliff about the time he "helped Rick subdue those hippy intruders." Cliff replies, "I don't possess many talents, but I know better than getting in the way of a good story." The clip flashes through nightclub scenes, henchmen on the prowl, a racing event and the Sunset Strip, but what Cliff has gotten himself into remains a mystery.

Leonardo DiCaprio has insisted he won't make a cameo, though the piece notes Fincher's involvement could have drawn him and that a surprise appearance has not been ruled out.
