Brian Littrell's $50K trespassing suit dismissed in Florida
A Walton County, Fla., judge dismissed Brian Littrell and his wife Leighanne's $50,000 lawsuit against Carolyn Barrington Hill “without prejudice” on Tuesday for “failing to state a claim for which relief can be granted.” The couple has 20 days to file an amended complaint.
The Littrells filed the suit on Sept. 19, 2025, alleging seven counts of illegal trespassing, one count of invasion of privacy and one count of stalking over incidents between April 2025 and Sept. 6, 2025; they later dropped the stalking count. They allege Hill ignored “no trespassing” signs at their Santa Rosa Beach property, set up her own beach furniture, engaged in a heated exchange with their property manager, videotaped them without consent and encouraged others to join her on the property.
The couple also said the alleged trespassing caused them emotional distress and interfered with their use and enjoyment of the property.
