Broncos now 1.5-point favorites over Bills in Divisional Round
Cbssports reports the Buffalo Bills opened as 1.5-point road favorites but are now 1.5-point underdogs to the Denver Broncos for Saturday's NFL Divisional Playoffs game at 4:30 p.m. ET.
Denver enters as the AFC's No. 1 seed with a top defense and a league-leading 68 sacks, while Buffalo brings quarterback Josh Allen after a 27-24 road win at Jacksonville last Sunday. The teams met in last season's Wild Card, when Buffalo won 31-7. Oddsmakers and public money shifted the line toward Denver, and the SportsLine model has Denver covering in 51% of its simulations; the Bills will be without receivers Gabe Davis and Tyrell Shavers.
There has been almost no movement on spreads for the other divisional games, though totals have changed. Saturday's late game is 49ers at Seahawks (8 p.m. ET), with Seattle -7 and an O/U of 44.5; the SportsLine model shows the Over hitting in 57% of simulations. On Sunday, Texans at Patriots (3 p.m. ET) is Patriots -3, O/U 40.5, with the model giving Houston a 45% win probability, and Rams at Bears (6:30 p.m. ET) is Rams -3.5, O/U 48.5, with the model favoring the Over in 52% of simulations. Sunday games currently contain the lowest and highest totals on the board (40.5 and 48.5 points, respectively).
