Brooke Candy gets divorced

Singer Brooke Candy and her husband of seven years, Kyle England, have divorced. The paperwork was finalized a couple of weeks ago; the pair married in Las Vegas in 2019 after meeting when she hired him to tattoo her. Both Candy and England work as professional tattoo artists.

Candy has toured with Charli XCX and Lizzo and has worked with Azealia Banks, Sia and Grimes. At the end of last year she released a track called “Swans” with Coucou Chloe, and England directed the video.

The reasons for the split were not disclosed. It was a first marriage for both of them, and Candy — who has said she is pansexual — has been looking for a new place to live.

Candy declined to comment and England did not respond to requests for comment.
