Brooks Nader suffers food poisoning en route to St. Barts birthday

Brooks Nader fell ill with food poisoning after eating sushi before boarding a private jet to St. Barts for her 29th birthday. Onboard footage showed her wrapped in a blanket on the jet floor; her sister Sarah Jane captioned the post, "Food poisoning: 1, Brooksie: 0," calling the situation "very touch & go." Other clips showed Nader with a box of crackers and her father helping her drink water.

An ambulance was waiting on the tarmac when the plane landed, though Nader ultimately made a full recovery and continued with the planned celebrations. She marked the trip with joint birthday events for herself and Sarah Jane, who turns 24 on Feb. 20. Nader, who turned 29 on Feb.

7, posted a photo from a yacht captioned "Made it out alive" while wearing a plunging brown dress. The festivities included a beach outing at La Guérite, a bottle parade with champagne and sparklers, tubing in the rocky ocean, and a meal aboard the yacht.
