BTS has announced a 2026–2027 world tour, kicking off in South Korea in April and running through to March 2027 with more than 70 dates across Asia, North America, South America, Australia and Europe.

The tour marks the group’s first headline performances since their 2021–22 Permission to Dance on Stage tour. A presale will take place on 22 and 23 January for official fanclub members (ARMY Membership holders) who register on Weverse, the online fan platform owned by BTS management company Hybe, with a general sale for all regions following on 24 January.

The news arrived after BigHit Music revealed BTS will return to music on 20 March following a nearly four-year hiatus tied to the requirement that all seven members of BTS – RM, Jin, Jimin, V, Suga, Jung Kook and j-hope – complete South Korea’s mandatory military service. Rapper Suga was the last member to be released from his duties as a social service agent in June 2025, an alternative he reportedly chose because of a shoulder injury; the six other members all served in the army.

The tour opens with dates in Goyang on 9 April and 11–12 April and includes stops such as Tokyo, Madrid, London, East Rutherford, Bogotá and São Paulo. The 2027 leg features Melbourne, Sydney, Hong Kong and Manila among its dates.
