Cbssports reports the Cleveland Cavaliers (22-19) visit the Philadelphia 76ers (22-16) on Wednesday at 7 p.m. ET at Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia, with Philadelphia listed as a 1.5-point favorite and the over/under set at 237.5 per DraftKings Sportsbook.

The Cavs have alternated wins and losses over their last six games and most recently fell to Utah, 123-112, on Monday. The Sixers have won six of their last eight, including a 115-102 road victory at Toronto on Monday. Philadelphia leads the all-time series, 119-112, though Cleveland has won four of the last five meetings, including the lone matchup earlier this season. The money line is Sixers -113, Cavs -106.

The SportsLine Projection Model simulated the matchup 10,000 times and leans Over the 237.5 total, forecasting the teams to combine for about 240 points and saying the Over occurs in more than 50% of simulations. The model projects 10 players to score more than 14 points, three to go over 20, and says one side of the spread hits almost 70% of the time; it has also returned well over $10,000 in betting profit for $100 players on its top-rated NBA picks over the past eight-plus seasons and enters Week 13 of the 2025-26 season on a 34-15 roll on top-rated spread picks.
