Goal rounds up all the completed Chelsea transfers so far in the 2025–26 season. Following Europa Conference League and Club World Cup wins, the club’s rebuild under Enzo Maresca entered a new phase in 2025–26, although Maresca himself only lasted half of the campaign. Chelsea were active in the summer 2025 window, signing Portuguese midfielder Dario Essugo from Sporting CP for approximately £18.5m after a loan spell at Las Palmas; Geovany Quenda from Sporting CP for a fee that can rise to £44m (he will remain on loan in Portugal); Liam Delap from Ipswich Town for £30m; and the arrivals of Estevao Willian and Kendry Paez, who joined officially in July 2025.

The Blues also completed an eight‑year deal for Mamadou Sarr from Strasbourg (listed at £12m), and signed Brighton striker Joao Pedro for £60m during their FIFA Club World Cup campaign, plus Jamie Gittens for £55m. Other incoming names include Kian Best, Jesse Derry, Jorrel Hato and a loan capture of Facundo Buonanotte.

The squad was reshaped by numerous departures in summer 2025: Jadon Sancho returned to Manchester United at the end of his loan (Chelsea paid a reported £5m penalty to exit the deal), Marcus Bettinelli moved to Manchester City, Kepa Arrizabalaga joined Arsenal, Noni Madueke went to Arsenal for £52m, Joao Felix moved to Al‑Nassr for £26m, Kiernan Dewsbury‑Hall to Everton for £25m and Armando Broja left for Burnley for around £20m.
