Cold Storage, starring Joe Keery, Georgina Campbell and Liam Neeson, turns a containment scenario into a horror-comedy. A parasitic fungus escapes from the titular cold storage unit, forcing Keery's Teacake and Campbell's Naomi to try to contain the mutating menace.

They recruit Neeson's retired bioterror operative to help stop the threat and save the world from extinction. Set for release on Feb. 13, the film has earned a 91% Tomatometer score — Neeson's highest since 2018 — and reviewers pointed to its brisk 99-minute runtime as an asset.

Collider's Nate Richard called it a "perfect length" for its genre, while The Hollywood Reporter's David Rooney said the film "knows better than to take itself too seriously." Critics also praised its Shaun of the Dead-style blend of gore and silliness and found it consistently entertaining.
