Courtney Vandersloot to guest star as herself on Chicago Med

Nbc reports that WNBA guard Courtney Vandersloot will guest star as herself on Chicago Med. She appears in Season 11, Episode 10, "Frost on Fire," and will feature in the January 21 episode at Gaffney Chicago Medical Center.

The episode's official description offers a hint of the plot: "Archer and Frost confront a troubling medical mystery while treating a college basketball player; Lenox's treatment of a surrogate patient leads to unexpected complications for the patient and her best friend." Vandersloot plays herself; sneak-peek photos suggest she will make one young fan very happy, and Chicago Med stars Steven Weber, Darren Barnet, and the rest of the cast welcomed her into the show.
