Crypto Funds Post $173 Million Outflows as XRP and Solana Draw Inflows — Beincrypto

Crypto funds recorded a fourth consecutive week of net outflows, shedding $173 million as investor caution persisted across major digital assets. The latest weekly fund flows report from CoinShares shows cumulative withdrawals of $3.74 billion over the past four weeks, a slowdown from the heavy selling seen in late January and early February.

Last week's outflow was broadly in line with the prior week's $187 million decline. Market activity cooled, with ETF trading volumes falling to $27 billion from a record $63 billion the week before, suggesting investors are stepping back from aggressive repositioning.

Softer-than-expected US inflation data helped spark $105 million of inflows on Friday. "Sentiment improved slightly on Friday following weaker-than-expected CPI data," James Butterfill, head of research at CoinShares, wrote. Regional differences widened as the US accounted for $403 million of the outflows, making it the primary driver of the global decline.
