Cbssports reports that veteran receiver Davante Adams is urging young Los Angeles Rams players not to leave the organization, saying "It ain't gonna be greener than this." Adams signed a two-year deal with the Rams this offseason and has been described as a critical addition for quarterback Matthew Stafford.

In 14 regular-season games with Los Angeles, Adams caught 60 passes for 789 yards and an NFL-high 14 touchdowns, marking the third time in his career he led the league in receiving touchdowns; only six other players have led the NFL in receiving touchdowns three times. Adams spent eight years with the Green Bay Packers before being traded to the Las Vegas Raiders in 2022, where he had 100 catches for 1,516 yards and 14 touchdowns in his first season; he was later traded to the New York Jets and recorded 67 catches for 854 yards and seven touchdowns in 11 games with New York in 2024.

The Rams can advance to the NFC Championship with a win over the Chicago Bears on Sunday. Adams has said he tells younger teammates to appreciate the Rams' facility and organization, and he acknowledged making "calculated decisions" in his career that did not work out.
