According to Pagesix, Denise Richards asked a judge to deny Aaron Phypers’ request that he be granted half of her OnlyFans earnings, saying he missed a court deadline.

Richards said an updated income and expense declaration, due Friday, had not been filed with the court as of Tuesday, the filing states. The judge has not yet ruled, and representatives for both parties did not immediately return requests for comment. Phypers previously sought half the OnlyFans income in October court documents, saying he helped build the account and that he owns the intellectual property rights to most of the pictures on her page.

In those earlier documents Phypers estimated the subscription site brings in between $200,000 and $300,000 per month; Richards told People in February 2025 only that it is "quite lucrative." Phypers has said he is financially struggling, and both he and Richards were evicted in December over about $84,000 in unpaid rent. The judge’s decision on the request remains pending.
