Everything We Saw At Today’s Nintendo Partner Direct
Nintendo’s Partner Direct dropped a slate of releases and updates across Switch and the new Switch 2. Highlights opened with Orbitals, a co‑op puzzle game with a retro anime look often described as “anime Split Fiction,” coming to Switch 2 this summer with Game Share support.
Paranormasight: The Mermaid’s Curse moves the mystery adventure series to an island setting and arrives on February 19. Sports and horror entries were also shown, from Captain Tsubasa II World Fighters’ extreme soccer action later this year to Tokyo Scramble, a subterranean horror where you avoid dinosaurs and can split controls across systems, coming to Switch 2 on February 11.
Several ports and editions were announced. Valheim is headed to Switch 2 later this year, and Hollow Knight: Switch 2 Edition brings the original on the go with improved framerate and a free upgrade for existing Switch owners. Konami’s eFootball Kick‑Off! will hit Switch 2 this summer.
