Fight Club Returns in 4K: Theatrical Screening April 22, Steelbook May 15
David Fincher’s Fight Club has been meticulously restored in 4K Ultra HD and will return to theaters for one night only on April 22, with the 4K Ultra HD Steelbook available May 15. The restoration will also be offered to rent or buy on major digital platforms, and New Regency and Insight Editions are releasing a Fight Club 25th Anniversary art book with never-before-seen visuals, exclusive interviews and behind-the-scenes material.
Adapted from Chuck Palahniuk’s 1996 novel, the film stars Edward Norton as a nameless office drone who starts attending support groups, meets Marla Singer (Helena Bonham Carter) and the enigmatic Tyler Durden (Brad Pitt). The two move in together, found Fight Club — where men beat each other as a response to consumerist malaise — and the group soon evolves into a proto-fascist social movement.
As the narrator tries to rein things in, he discovers a mind-blowing secret of his own.
