Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 1 character locations and services

Polygon says Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 1 has a new map with new characters; an update on Jan. 25, 2026, 12:45 PM EST notes characters have shifted around the map and positions were adjusted.

The guide lists character locations including Carina (Supply Specialist) — Northeast of Lethal Labs; Carter Wu (Heavy Specialist) — Latte Landing; Cat Holloway (Medic Specialist) — Humble Hills; Heroic Hope — Classified Canyon; Kingston (Medic Specialist) — Bumpy Bay; Miles Cross (Heavy Specialist) — Painted Palms; The Bride — Sandy Strip; Unpeely — Sandy Strip; and Vengeance Jones — Lethal Labs. Throughout the season, you'll need to interact with characters to progress through quests or spend your gold to receive services and rewards; for example, you have to talk to Dummy about the Battle Bus destruction to complete a quest at the start of the season.

Non-specialist characters will offer one service per game that rotates between gaining gold depending on how you're doing (free), spawning a rift (500 gold), restocking your ammo (500 gold), or providing health and shields (500 gold). All specialists can be hired for 600 gold. The guide says it will be updated as more characters and quests release during the season.
