Fortnite teases Solo Leveling for next anime crossover

Epic Games is teasing a Solo Leveling collaboration with Fortnite. The battle royale's social handle on X previewed the anime's premise with the lines: "The weakest Hunter of all mankind. E-rank. No potential. No future…" On Instagram Stories, Fortnite also posted, "If you were given another path, would you accept?" The text appeared over a Solo Leveling–influenced backdrop surrounded by a blue aura.

Solo Leveling is an anime based on a Korean manhwa by Chugong and artist Jang Sung-Rak. It follows Jin-woo, a hunter in a world where mysterious “Gates” connect Earth to monster-filled dungeons and certain humans awaken as ranked Hunters. Once an E-rank, Jin-woo survives a deadly double dungeon expedition and gains a unique power called the "System," which lets him level up infinitely, grow stronger without limits, and command fallen enemies as his own shadow army.

Fortnite leaker HypeX, who notes the collab is expected this week, speculates skins for Beru or Igris from Jin-woo's shadow army, as well as fellow Hunter Cha Hae-in.
