Gamer rebuilt a Fallout vault inside The Sims 4
With no new Fallout videogame in some time, one player recreated a Vault inside The Sims 4. realgrillgamer has built Vault 18, a three-tiered bunker with a gear-shaped doorway plonked in the middle of the desert, using a lot of custom material. The creator says on Reddit, where they go by HeyR, that it took "over 90 hours to build, and it’s still not done." Vault 18 is rich in detail: a communal space reminiscent of Lucy's Vault from the Fallout TV show, hallways lined with chairs and potted plants, and an Overseer's office complete with the iconic desk.
Despite The Sims 4's glossy finish, Vault 18 looks like a pleasant place to live, though it only contains two bedrooms — so inhabitants would either sleep at their workstations or perhaps only two families could afford spots. The builder’s Tumblr, juliussims, describes itself as "A mostly vintage Sims blog.
