Golden Globes 2026: Hamnet and One Battle After Another among top winners
Independent.co reports Timothée Chalamet thanked Kylie Jenner again after his first major win of the awards season, as Hamnet won the Golden Globe for Best Picture – Drama and One Battle After Another won Best Picture – Musical or Comedy.
Paul Thomas Anderson secured Golden Globes for Best Director and Best Screenplay for One Battle After Another. Jessie Buckley won Best Actress in a Motion Picture Drama for Hamnet, and Wagner Moura won Best Actor in a Motion Picture Drama for The Secret Agent.
The Pitt and The Studio were named Best Drama Series and Best TV Comedy, with Noah Wyle and Rhea Seehorn winning Best Actor and Actress in a TV Drama for Pluribus. Netflix drama Adolescence won four awards overall, including Owen Cooper for best actor in a TV mini-series.
Other significant winners included Teyana Taylor for Best Supporting Actress, Stellan Skarsgard for Best Supporting Actor and Ricky Gervais for Best Stand-up Comedy. A full list of winners was being updated live.
