Gwyneth Paltrow's 'perfected' everything shower is surprisingly simple

Gwyneth Paltrow says she has "perfected [her] version of the ‘everything shower'" — a five-product routine finished with a minute standing under "pure cold water." She describes it as a little simpler than the ones on TikTok and notes the items are clean, made without a long list of ingredients linked to harmful health effects.

She starts most showers with her Ultimate Dry Brush, which she calls "amazing for exfoliation, skin quality and energy," then uses the Goop Amino Acid Shinebath Shampoo and Amino Acid Shinebath Conditioner.
