According to Nbc, gymnastics is not listed among the 16 sports disciplines scheduled for the 2026 Milan Cortina Winter Olympics.

The Games’ program, as outlined by the outlet, covers ice sports such as bobsled, luge, skeleton, ice hockey, figure skating, speed skating, short track speed skating and curling; alpine, skiing and snowboarding events including alpine skiing (downhill, Super G, giant slalom, slalom, super combined), freestyle skiing (aerials, moguls, ski cross, ski halfpipe, ski slopestyle), snowboarding (parallel giant slalom, halfpipe, snowboard cross, big air, slopestyle) and ski mountaineering (new this year); and Nordic events — biathlon, cross-country skiing, ski jumping and Nordic combined.

Competition events begin on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, and the Opening Ceremony is set for Friday, February 6, 2026. The ceremony is scheduled to be hosted by Savannah Guthrie and Terry Gannon, will feature appearances by Shaun White and Mike Tirico, and will include performances by Mariah Carey and Andrea Bocelli.
