Halle Berry stuns in plunging metallic outfit at Crime 101 London premiere
Halle Berry attended the London premiere of Crime 101 on Wednesday, Jan. 28, wearing a plunging metallic look as she promotes the film in which she stars as Sharon; Crime 101 hits theaters on Feb. 13. Berry, 59, wore a black bodysuit with a plunging neckline paired with a silver chainmail-inspired skirt, accessorized with a dangling silver floral pendant and eclectic silver rings.
She kept warm in a sleek black trench coat and wore her shoulder-length brunette hair in loose waves with bangs framing her face. The Oscar-winner plays a "disillusioned insurance broker" named Sharon who crosses paths with elusive high-profile thief Davis, played by Chris Hemsworth.
Mark Ruffalo and Barry Keoghan also star in the film. According to a synopsis on IMDb, Sharon and Davis are forced to work together as a detective (Mark Ruffalo) closes in. "As the multimillion-dollar heist approaches, the line between hunter and hunted begins to blur, and all three are forced to confront the cost of their choices — and the realization that there's no turning back," the synopsis adds.
In the trailer, Berry's character says, "I'm real good at reading people," and Hemsworth's character asks, "What have you read about me?" The trailer shows glimpses of Hemsworth's character's robberies along L.A.’s 101 freeway and culminates in him posing as a driver for Ruffalo, who drops not-so-subtle hints that he’s onto his old Marvel costar.
