Wizards of the Coast says Harry Potter won’t be joining Magic: The Gathering’s multiverse for the foreseeable future. Parent company Hasbro announced on Feb. 10 a "multi-year licensing partnership" with Warner Bros. Discovery to release licensed "dolls, role play, action figures & collectibles, interactive plush, board games and more to be revealed later this year," which prompted fan speculation about a Harry Potter Universes Beyond set.

The Wizards community team pushed back, writing, "The Magic Multiverse has its own school of Magic at Strixhaven with plenty of secrets still to explore," and, "Our Universes Beyond roadmap currently doesn't have us visiting any others." A Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Universes Beyond set is slated for a March 6 release, and the next Magic set, Secrets of Strixhaven, is due out on April 24 and centers on the magical university on the plane of Arcavios.
