How to complete Shadow Briefing in Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 1

Shadow Briefings are mini-challenges scattered across the Chapter 7 Season 1 map. There are two types — Supply Drop and Plunder — and both award gold bars if you complete their challenges within the five-minute time limit. In this season the Briefings have a new look and many possible spawn locations, but they're not guaranteed to appear every game; they've reverted to their old Chapter 4 job-board appearance, so there's a good chance that you walked by them without realizing.

We recommend landing on the bottom half of the map because there are more possible spawn locations. Some of the best places to try are the Vineyards south of Lethal Labs, Cosmic Durr (the restaurant northwest of Classified Canyon), Ripped Tides, and Bumpy Bay. Additionally, every gas station has a possible spawn location, so if you'd like to take your time with the quest you can land near them or pick up a challenge when you're refilling your car.

After you find a Shadow Briefing, the job board will say either Supply Drop or Plunder.
