There are several ways to get live television on a phone or tablet without adding another paid subscription. Bigger FAST services include Plex, Pluto TV, the Roku Channel (which does not require Roku hardware), Tubi and Xumo Play; Samsung TV Plus is available on Samsung devices and LocalNow focuses on regional weather and headlines. Family sections appear on several services, and apps such as PBS Kids Video and Sensical provide free children’s programming.
