A review of Industry says the HBO/BBC drama’s fourth season is even stronger than season three, calling it darker, more debauched and “truly top-tier television”. The series about young investment bankers is described as having hit a new level in its latest run. Season four introduces new cast members including Kiernan Shipka, Max Minghella, Kal Penn and Charlie Heaton, who are said to meld with existing leads Myha’la, Marisa Abela and Kit Harington.

Toheeb Jimoh is singled out for integrating “flawlessly”, and Harper’s arc — running a short-selling fund for financier Otto Mostyn — is highlighted alongside a biting exchange in which Eric (Ken Leung) tells her, “you ARE an angry Black woman!” The review outlines key plot material: much of the season revolves around a payment provider, Tender, on the verge of becoming a bank and keen to cut ties with an OnlyFans‑style platform, Siren, as a proposed online safety bill is mooted.

Charlie Heaton’s journalist character pursues potentially perilous investigative work to beat “Paddy Radden Keefe”, while Henry and Yasmin contend with the fallout of his collapsed company, Lumi, and Yasmin’s arc is said to “seem to have been inspired by Ghislaine Maxwell”. Death is described as hanging in the air, with hints around a troubled, post‑Priory Rishi (Sagar Radia).
