Jason Momoa has been cast in Sony Pictures and PlayStation Studios' film adaptation of Arrowhead Game Studios' Helldivers video game franchise. The Aquaman and The Wrecking Crew star is set to dive for the glory of Super Earth.
Justin Lin will direct the feature, reuniting Momoa with the Fast & Furious franchise mainstay behind the camera.
Sony and PlayStation Studios have scheduled the movie to open in theaters on November 10, 2027.
