Movieweb reports Jason Statham’s A Working Man is holding firm on Prime Video’s global and U.S. charts and climbing the Top 10 on MGM+ as viewers continue to stream the new action thriller.

Directed by David Ayer from a script by Sylvester Stallone and based on Chuck Dixon’s 2014 novel Levon's Trade, the film follows Levon Cade, a former black-ops operative who leaves that life for construction until his boss’s daughter is taken by human traffickers. The cast includes David Harbour, Michael Peña, Jason Flemyng, Arianna Rivas, Noemi Gonzalez and Emmett J. Scanlan alongside Statham.

The outing has been divisive, holding a 47% from critics on the review aggregator site and an 87% "Verified Hot" audience score on the Popcornmeter. Statham’s next project is Shelter, directed by Ric Roman Waugh and written by Ward Parry, due in theaters on January 30, 2026 from Black Bear Pictures; its synopsis describes a reclusive man who rescues a young girl on a remote coastal island and must confront his turbulent past while protecting her.
