Jessa Duggar says she lost 15 pounds after welcoming sixth child
According to People, Jessa Duggar shared she has lost about 15 pounds since welcoming her sixth baby in a YouTube video posted Tuesday, Jan. 6.
Duggar, 33, said she is now roughly five pounds from her pre-pregnancy weight and discussed her postpartum routine in the video titled "Getting Back in Shape After Baby + What I Eat In a Day | Eddie's Eczema Update." She and husband Ben Seewald welcomed son Edward Owen on July 26, 2025, and are also parents to sons Spurgeon Elliot, 10, Henry Wilberforce, 8 and George Augustine, 2, and daughters Ivy Jane, 6, and Fern Elliana, 4.
She described herself as "never been really a workout kind of girl" but noted spurts of exercise and that Ben has been more consistent. Duggar said she hired a personal trainer after George was born and used the same trainer after Edward's arrival, calling it "my very first time ever working out in pregnancy, which was huge for me." On diet, she said the family eats eggs and toast for breakfast "every day," and that her meals are mainly vegetables, fruits, meat and a few grains, emphasizing portion control and "eating till you're satisfied, not stuffed." She added she tries "not to feel too sorry for myself," saying, "This is for a season and it's good. Um, doing it all for you, boo," and smiled as she kissed her baby, who she said "says, 'Thank you, Mom.'"
