Jessica Biel shares beach photo to mark Justin Timberlake’s 45th birthday

On Sunday, Feb. 1, actress Jessica Biel, 43, shared a beach photograph of herself and husband Justin Timberlake to mark his 45th birthday. Timberlake turned 45 on Jan. 31; Biel’s caption read, "Happy 45th to a true original. I love you baby." In the photo Biel wore black sunglasses, wrapped her arm around Timberlake’s waist and both sported baseball caps.

Biel and Timberlake wed in an intimate ceremony in southern Italy in 2012. They are now parents to sons Silas, 10, and Phineas, 5.

Biel had recently praised Timberlake’s live performances at the 2026 Critics Choice Awards, telling E!'s Justin Sylvester on the red carpet that she feels like she’s "up there with his No. 1 fans." She called him "so amazing live," saying she doesn’t care how she looks when dancing and will "dance [her] butt off for two and a half hours."

In July, the singer revealed he’d been diagnosed with Lyme disease one day after the final show on his Forget Tomorrow World Tour. Timberlake wrote on Instagram that he’d been "battling some health issues" and that Lyme disease can be "relentlessly debilitating, both mentally and physically," adding that the diagnosis made his symptoms make sense.

A Biel source told PEOPLE the couple is focused on his recovery: "Justin seems to be doing okay. He's prioritizing his health after the grueling tour and Lyme disease diagnosis," and "Jess is supportive. She wants him healthy."
