Jim Curtis says he and Jennifer Aniston handle relationship 'flare-ups' — Pagesix

Jim Curtis, a hypnotherapist and wellness coach, told the 'Ced with Intention' podcast on Feb. 12 that he and Jennifer Aniston sometimes have 'little things that flare up,' but they choose to address them constructively. He outlined their options: stay silent and be angry, leave the house, reflect and meditate, or name the issue, apologize and 'do the repair.' Curtis warned that repairs must stick, saying, 'Because once you make a repair and then it just happens five more times, no one trusts it.' Curtis added that couples should 'pre-game the rules' of their relationship, for example by respecting how a partner communicates and being proactively conscious about inner issues so they can experience them together.

The pair were first linked in July 2025 and went Instagram-official in November 2025 when Aniston shared a birthday tribute.
